The High Court today issued a standard on the council to explain why it should not give Tk 3 crore as compensation to the gathering of Titash Ghosh, who passed on in a crisis vehicle on a ship while in travel to Dhaka on July 25.

The crisis vehicle was stuck on the vessel and couldn’t switch or move to another in perspective on the line of vehicles in front and behind it.

The ship started stacking vehicles around 10:20pm when the specialists found that the organization expert was close by.

Around 11:00pm, the expert arrived and the ship started moving.

Titash kicked the basin on the ship, family sources said.
