The Supreme Court on Tuesday accounted for Akij Food and Beverage Ltd (Farm Fresh Milk) and Pran Dairy Ltd (Pran Milk) to convey, circle and sell sterilized milk.
Value Md Nuruzzaman, chamber judge of the Appellate Division, stayed for five weeks parts of the HC demand that planned Akij Food and Beverage Ltd and Pran Dairy Ltd to stop creation, dissemination and closeout of sterilized milk for five weeks.
Legal counselor General Mahbubey Alam, who spoke to the two associations as an individual lawyer said that the level of lead and against microbials in the sterilized milk of Akij Food and Beverage Ltd (Farm Fresh Milk) and Pran Dairy Ltd (Pran Milk) did not cross the hazard level.
Following the SC demand, there is no bar for the two associations to make, scatter and sell their purged milk, the AG notwithstanding.
On July 14, the High Court searched for the test reports of sterilized milk of the impressive number of associations inside seven days in the wake of testing the instances of those in four particular labs – International Center for Diarrhoeal Disease Research, Bangladesh (icddr,b), BCSIR, Institute of Public Health, Food Safety Laboratory under the Bangladesh Livestock Research Institute.
Another test driven by Prof ABM Faruque, past head of Dhaka University’s Biomedical Research Center, found the traces of against microbials in purified consequences of Pran, MilK Vita, Igloo, Aarong and Farm Fresh.
On June 25, analysts said they found the traces of chemical and hostile to disease operators in trial of unrefined and purged milk of Pran, Milk Vita, Igloo, Aarong and Farm Fresh.
